This site is the web presence of the Isle of Man Campaign for Non-Fluoridated Tap Water, and as such aims to help raise awareness on the proposed issue of artificial fluoridation of the Isle of Man's tap water. We hope to put forward a strong argument against this practice but also let people decide for themselves on the issue by linking to both pro and anti fluoridation web sites.

The Manx government have announced that they will leaflet every household on the Island in April 2008 regarding fluoridation. In May 2008 they will follow this up with a telephone poll to gauge opinion.

Our Mission

Our mission is to put an end for good and all any proposals to artificially fluoridate the Isle of Man's tap water with toxic waste chemical fluorides.

1. Fluoridation has not been proven safe or effective.
2. Fluoridation increases Dental Fluorosis.
3. Chemicals used are 'toxic waste'!
4. You have a right to refuse medication.
5. 98% of Western Europe rejected Fluoridation.
6. Other ways exist to treat dental decay.
7. Fluoridation is being fought everywhere.
8. Fluoridation linked to bone cancer.

Becoming a Member

Anyone can join the campaign, simply write to 11 Parliament Street Ramsey, or e-mail saveourwater@manx.net download our leaflets and posters from our leaflets / posters page at the top left of this one, copy and circulate amongst family and friends.

Write to your MHK and ask them to hold your objection to fluoridation on file. Write to the local newspapers, telephone local radio and voice your objection.
